Lazy bosses

Lazy bosses notice the long hours at the office and not the effectiveness of your time (a simple time clock can log hours where noticing the effectiveness of someone’s work takes individual attention).

Lazy bosses suffocate with policies instead of leading by precepts (policies act as their watch guard for their micromanaging style while precepts take personal demonstrations, great story telling and trust).

Lazy bosses give compliments (and reprimands) in group settings instead of giving individual praise (just like mass marketing, the message may not be personal but if you send out enough of them something’s bound to stick).

What other examples do you have of lazy bosses?
