“In spite of” vs. “because of”

  • Do your employees produce great results in spite of your policies or because of them?
  • Does innovation flourish at your company in spite of how it’s organized or because of it?
  • Do your customers buy from you in spite of how you treat them or because of it?
  • Sometimes we fool ourselves into believing that something is lending a hand to our success when in reality it is keeping us from achieving greater potential.

Now is the time to get real.

    Happy Monday!
