A quick thought on passion

The great thing about passion is that it can be so involving. It is not something that you occasionally take off the shelf, dust it off and casually play with it until you get bored and it goes back on the shelf. No. Passion takes time and dedication. Passion does not allow you to hide behind the ease of mediocrity.

At times, passion will require more from you than you think you can give. At other times you’ll encounter people who do not understand your passion. Don’t worry; you’re not looking to be understood. If you continue on and push past these hard times, you’ll soon find that passion can take a rather blasé life and transform it into something that has meaning and purpose.

Follow your passion.
